POSITION OVERVIEW :

Client expects the resource to manage the systems as well as do minor enhancements. kind of mix of Admin and developer role:

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce and associated applications are developed.

Lead Data Management and cleansing activities

Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.

Log and track identified system problems through to resolution.

Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements

Create user accounts, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

Ensure the organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently.

Ability to work with business individuals and teams to gather business requirements.

Translating business requirements into the creation of functional requirement documentation.

Enhance the Salesforce platform through configuration. This would include but not be limited to flexy pages, flows, visualforce, and creation/modification of fields, page layouts, objects. Essentially, I expect an administrator to be able to perform all enhancements that a developer could perform with the exception of apex and triggers.
