- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SharePoint-based solutions.
- Assist in analyzing and mapping business processes to find opportunities for improvement using SharePoint capabilities.
- Participate in translating business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
- Support the design and configuration of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, basic workflows and Power Platform solutions.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and provide end-user and site admin training across the enterprise.
- Work closely with senior business analysts and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Assist in project planning and tracking to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Stay informed about industry trends and standard processes related to SharePoint and M365 technologies.
- Contribute to the development of user documentation, training materials, and process documentation.
- College diploma or university degree in business or information systems or equivalent experience or combination thereof
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is considered an asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is asset
- ITIL Foundations is considered an asset
- Relevant role specific experience to be further specified at job posting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with SharePoint and M365 technologies through coursework, internships, or prior work experience
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management stakeholders
- M365 Services: SharePoint Online, Power Platform, OneDrive, PowerBI
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ITSM and ServiceNow
- Oil and Gas experienced considered an asset
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong facilitation skills
- Effective negotiation skills, able to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinions
- Analytical approach with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Ability to work closely within a team environment
- Diligent and eager to learn and develop new skills
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles and practices
