      The Opportunity (Brief Overview of the Role)
      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support our organizations business needs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, customize SharePoint site, and ensure the smooth operation of SharePoint-driven processes and workflows.

      Key Responsibilities
      Analyze business needs and requirements to design and implement SharePoint solutions that align with the organizations objectives.
      Develop, enhance, and customize SharePoint sites, web parts, templates, and workflows using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other tools.
      Create and manage SharePoint applications, including forms, lists, libraries, and other document management systems.
      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint site performance, user access, permissions, and data integrity.
      Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
      Provide guidance and training to endusers on SharePoint best practices, features, and functionalities.
      Stay updated with the latest SharePoint development trends and technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
      Work closely with the IT team to integrate SharePoint solutions with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
      Collaborate with the security team to implement security measures and enforce data protection policies within SharePoint environments.
      Maintain documentation and technical specifications of SharePoint solutions, configurations, and processes.
      Qualifications and Skills
      Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      Proven work experience as a SharePoint Developer, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
      Proficient in SharePoint development and customization using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and Visual Studio.
      Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and functionalities, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises.
      Hands-on experience in creating custom SharePoint sites, web parts, templates, workflows, and applications.
      Knowledge of SharePoint administration and troubleshooting, including user management, permissions, and site maintenance.
      Familiarity with SharePoint migration, content management, and integration with other systems.
      Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
      Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
      Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and endusers.

      Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow).
      Experience working within financial/fintech sectors
      Experience of Jira and Confluence
