Work with customers to provide technical support for Sharepoint related tickets
Create business processes and custom connectors using Sharepoint and Office 365
Design and develop in Microsoft Power Platform, such as PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI
Meet with Business stakeholders and analysts to formulate and review functional requirements for new features for an existing SharePoint application
Configure the SharePoint solution to meet requirements.
Develop new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
Designs, codes, and implements scalable applications.
Extend SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and other application technologies.
Test and debugging code.
Review website interface and software stability.
Troubleshoot software issues.
Maintain and update the SharePoint solution.
Support training efforts.
Provide timely program data analysis and visualization support for an environment in which meeting deadlines is critically important.
Solved SharePoint technical problems for end users.
Identify, evaluate and implement new features to resolve defect/technical debt and/or improve system performance.
Monitor monthly reporting by users to maintain system performance and identify trends that may require changes to the application.
Knowledge of DOT IT
Excellent analytic skills to assess existing software implementations
Working in an Agile environment
Drive to improve existing software implementations
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
At least 2 years of prior experience developing solutions using SharePoint
Hands-on Power Platform Development (Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps, Power BI and good understanding of RPA Concepts)
Extensive development knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks
High-level coding skills
Ability to solve complex software issues
Public Trust Clearance
Prior experience as a SharePoint Administrator
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services

You will provide necessary services to support software applications developed and maintained by the Department of Transportation. You will leverage Agile best practices with a strong attention to customer service throughout this transition and system support.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $110,000.
