- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (5 years)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of NCDOT transportation life cycle business processes (2 years)
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodology (2 years)
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps (2 years)
