What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5 years required)
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst (highly desired, 5 years)
- SharePoint design experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types (5 years required)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills (5 years required)
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) (5 years required)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of NCDOT transportation life cycle business processes (2 years highly desired)
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodology (2 years desired)
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps (2 years desired)
