      Position Summary

      The Shift Building Operator is an integral part of the Plant Operations and Maintenance department and maintains responsibility for inspecting the facility/mechanical room.

      Duties

      • Performing preventative maintenance to ensure the continuous operation of equipment/machinery;
      • Diagnosing problems with equipment/machinery;
      • Providing feedback to ensure new construction and/or modification will not impact existing systems;
      • Repairing equipment/machinery;
      • Contributing to the efficient operation of the department;
        Performing duties consistent with the job classification as required.
