      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist weekend on-call management with supervision and coverage
      - Serve as point of contact for evening and night shift rotations in the department
      - Support management with training and orientation of new hires and ongoing staff development
      - Help mitigate emergencies and downtime in a professional manner
      - Represent the department in safety briefs during weekends and holidays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent education
      - Minimum one (1) year of patient care or medical office experience
      - Minimum one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
      - Proficient in computer skills and customer service
      - Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings
      - Familiarity with patient safety reporting protocols
      - Previous training or mentoring experience in a healthcare environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
      - Ability to engage effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff
