What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Communicate effectively with store management and crew members to ensure smooth operations
- Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Strong computer skills
