What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with store management and crew to ensure smooth operations
- Promote and uphold CVS customer service culture
- Lead store staff when management is not present, ensuring completion of opening and closing procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
