What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in supervising store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
- Communicate effectively with store management and team members
- Address customer inquiries, problems, and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience
- Uphold CVS customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them
- Ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
