What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the inventory system to track stock levels and ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including packing lists and shipping documents
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure seamless integration with production schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Knowledge and usage of inventory and/or warehouse management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using COLT or similar inventory management software
- Previous shipping and receiving administrative experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
