What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter materials and goods received into inventory
- Maintain records of items shipped and received, ensuring thorough documentation
- Oversee safe and reliable packaging of outgoing shipments
- Review shipping notices and documentation to prioritize shipping methods and schedules
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding shipments and inventory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills and interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Warehouse experience with forklift operation, packing, and measuring

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of metals and their proper staging, processing, packaging, and shipping
- First aid and CPR training
- Familiarity with SAP, safety programs, ISO standards, and lean practices
