Job Title: Trades Assistant / Firewatch
Location: Bremerton
Pay: $22/hr
Job Description
You will be working as a trade's assistant and Firewatch on US Navy Vessels at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Your primary responsibilities will include performing Firewatch duties, general laborer tasks, and assisting trades personnel. You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces.

Work Environment
The work will take place at the shipyard at PSNS, both outdoors and inside the ship. Be prepared for various weather conditions, including rain, sun, and snow. The typical workweek is around 60 hours, with some occasions requiring 12-hour days and up to 7 days a week. The dress code is appropriate for shipyard work, emphasizing safety and comfort.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
