What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or above in education, international development strongly desirable
- At least 8 years of work experience in education, child labor, climate change, and/or youth development
- Experience working in the intersection of climate change and education required
- Experience working with international donors in education and climate change initiatives
- Fluency in written and spoken English required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in climate change adaptation, mitigation, and resilience
- Demonstrated understanding of international donor priorities and funding
- Strong analytical and research skills
