What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of customer-facing work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience processing Short Term Disability claims preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree with customer-facing work experience
- Legal and policy interpretation experience related to claims
- Experience in providing empathetic customer service during challenging situations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
