- Operates specialized equipment to produce high-quality finished sign products.
- Utilizes specialized software to design traffic signage.
- Inspects finished products to ensure compliance sign fabrication standards.
- Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and seek clarification when needed.
- Experience in the traffic sign industry.
- Proficient computer skills.

Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions & percentages; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in sheet metal work & operation of related equipment; 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in industrial safety practices; valid driver's license.
