      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage new business opportunities in both inside and outside sales
      - Work closely with National Program Managers to identify and pursue sales leads
      - Prepare sales proposals and respond to requests for information and quotes
      - Build long-term relationships with clients, including franchisee groups, to generate repeat business
      - Conduct quarterly client check-ins and bridge communication between sales, project management, and customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a related field (marketing, business development, construction management, architectural or structural design)
      - Minimum of 3 years of sign sales experience with a proven track record in business-to-business selling
      - Ability to work outside of traditional hours as needed for sales
      - Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents
      - Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a similar field
      - Experience in sign, media, or display industries
      - Sales-related training
      - Capability to conduct site surveys and field measurements
      - Experience in developing solutions to client concerns
