What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide site set up expertise for new Elligo sites to qualify and conduct clinical trials efficiently
- Evaluate site equipment needs and ensure appropriate research infrastructure is in place
- Assist with training and onboarding of new study staff
- Facilitate pre-study, site qualification, and study close out activities
- Manage documentation for all Elligo sites, including training and development

What is Required (Qualifications):

- BS/BA in Life Science or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating clinical research studies or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organization and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- CCRC/CCRP certification
- Previous supervisory experience
- Project and personnel management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions
- Interpersonal and team building skills
