During the Internship program you will work alongside the teams that come together to create the fastest growing plus-size brand in fashion! You’ll be provided training, support and receive hands-on experience with challenging tasks that will provide you with meaningful, real-world experience to help build your resume and enter a career in omni-channel retail.

Site Merchandising Intern

In this role, you will gain experience executing the day-to-day tasks necessary to assist the Site Merchandising team. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a broad, general understanding of the site merchandising functions, responsibilities, and cross-functional partnerships needed to provide support across multiple categories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Gain an understanding of end to end product setup, including SKU information, product categories, color swatches, images, copy, tagging, badging, etc.
• Learn the art and science of how to merchandise the website through a multitude of elements
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with the marketing and creative teams to get a better understanding of full e-commerce process
• Create decks with competitive research, customer data, patterning, etc. to guide a best-in-class site experience

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Recent college graduate or within one year of graduation
• Proficient in Excel and the MS office suite
• Passion for problem solving, analytics, and process improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) for duration of internship program. Internship dates: June 2 – August 8

Pay: $20 per hour
