      Job Summary

      Responsible for serving as a coordinator between regional and divisional sales, care and service delivery departments by providing sales support for account management, customer escalations, surveys and construction and advanced Business Class products including Hospitality, Metro Ethernet, VoiceEdge and PRI. Works with moderate supervision/guidance.

      Job Description

      Core Responsibilities

      • Coordinates project status updates and communication in various tools and systems.
      • Launch and close out various tasks related to surveys, premise surveys and construction in order to facilitate a smooth customer order workflow.
      • Support Enterprise and Senior Business Account Executives in creation, monitoring and processing of orders.
      • Perform a project coordination role for the delivery of advanced products partnering with Tech Ops, Warehouse and Complex Order teams.
      • Submit customer credits for referrals, billing errors or executive escalations when needed.
      • Coordinate special projects, portfolios and support readiness testing for new product launches.
      • Facilitate mesh and backhaul projects to build business case to optimize construction capital.
      • Participate in ongoing training in order to keep up to date on offers, system changes and additional work requirements.
      • Support Operations Manager on reports and audits.
      • Act as a subject matter expert on Business Class products, promotions and systems.
      • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • CSG experience required
      • Salesforce/Workbench knowledge preferred.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills to a variety of stakeholders preferred.
      • Strong awareness of adaptable problem solving preferred.
      • Strong time and task management and prioritization preferred.

      Additional Requirements

      • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
      • In a virtual environment, Comcast requires a minimum 100mbs speed which is capable of being hard wired into the provided equipment, either through a direct wall input or your router
      • Must have "home office" space in your home (See Home Office Requirements below)

      Must Reside in the West Division for this position. This includes the states of Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

      Compensation

      Primary Location Pay Range: $21.65 - $32.47

      Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
