  Job Duties: Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning. May telecommute. (385.34380)

  Employer will accept a Bachelor's* degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Site Reliability Developer-related occupation. *In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 years of work experience.

  
  Position requires:

  • Oracle DBA;
  • Oracle Real Application Cluster;

  • Oracle Automatic Storage Management;
  • Oracle Advanced Cluster File System;
  • PL/SQL and SQL;
  • Database stress and destructive testing;
  • Large database testing;
  • Oracle Database Cloud including ADBD, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, and ExaDB-XS;
  • Exadata, Oracle Database Appliance and Linux;
  • Database Performance; and
  • Python, Shell scripting, C/C++.

  US: Hiring Range in USD from: $206,315 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
