What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and enforce safety requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Assist with project execution, including Scopes of Works, scheduling, budget management, and document control
- Provide leadership to subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet project goals and milestones
- Track and report on project metrics and results
- Utilize project management software to communicate project status and updates to regional leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of construction-related experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (desired)
- Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC)
- Experience in the modular building industry
