What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure health and safety compliance by adhering to all safe work practices and policies
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and sales pipeline development
- Manage, retain, and grow an existing book of business
- Set monthly and quarterly goals with the District Sales Manager to identify and close opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering an increased presence of the employer's services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
- Tenacious and assertive with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to develop a book of business
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge and current use of Salesforce.com
- Strong collaboration skills to facilitate a service team approach for customer satisfaction
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive decision-making
- Time and territory management skills to focus on value-added sales activities
- Ability to travel within the region
