What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of HR activities
- Administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation and employee relations
- Assist in tracking compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training requirements
- Support the planning of company events and track employee recognition programs
- Assist with the processing of employee terminations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an active-duty U.S. Military Service Member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge program
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to learn the employer’s employee management systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
