How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of clinical experience in a relevant field
- Case Management experience
- Background in patient education, rehabilitation, or home health nursing
- Knowledge of CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
