      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
      - Create and execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer objectives
      - Maintain operational efficiency and track performance metrics for accounts
      - Collaborate with technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
      - Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and customer engagement goals through proactive relationship management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development
      - Strong operational skills, including account management and forecasting
      - Minimum of 3 years in public sector-specific technology sales
      - Minimum of 5 years of total experience in technology sales
