      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct personal meetings and telephone contact with agents to meet or exceed sales objectives
      - Manage territory by evaluating competitor products, rates, and activities to make informed recommendations
      - Maintain current knowledge of underwriting territory and agents' business sources
      - Create actionable Agency Sales Plans aligned with financial objectives for growth, retention, and profit
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to maximize business development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of P&C Small Commercial sales and marketing experience
      - Proven outstanding sales performance with a strong desire to win
      - Experience with agency training and technological proficiency (e.g., Microsoft tools)
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Underwriting knowledge is beneficial
      - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
      - Ability to motivate and lead individuals effectively
      - Exceptional negotiation skills
