      NOTE: Though this position is listed as "remote", the Manager candidate for this team will need to reside within the Norfolk/VA Beach, VA territory as you are managing a team of field sales representatives and will be joining them regularly in the field.

      Job Responsibilities

      As the Manager of SMB Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success and shaping the future of our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

      Drive Growth and Performance
      • Expand Market Presence: Strategically increase our market share while consistently achieving and surpassing performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, churn, and Cost Per Gross Addition (CPGA).
      • Achieve Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed overall sales quotas for your assigned region, positioning your team for success and recognition.

      Lead with Integrity and Innovation
      • Operational Leadership: Implement key operational initiatives in the field, ensuring that all actions align with our high ethical standards and established procedures.
      • Engaging Sales Meetings: Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings that inspire collaboration, share best practices, and drive motivation among team members.

      Develop a High-Performing Team
      • Talent Acquisition and Development: Interview, hire, train, and develop a team of successful Account Executives who are passionate about sales and customer success.
      • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching in the field to help your team members reach their full potential and achieve their individual goals.

      Flexibility and Adaptability
      • Dynamic Responsibilities: Take on additional duties or projects as assigned by business management, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's overall success.

      Education:
      • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
      • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)


      Work Experience:
      • 4-7 years Verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Required)
      • 2 years People management responsibilities (Preferred)
      • 2 years Telecommunications / technical sales (Preferred)


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      • Strong coaching skills (Required)
      • Presentations Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one on one (Required)
      • Business Sales- A consistent track record of high yield business sales success (Required)
      • Well-honed negotiation skills (Required)
      • Recruiting Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes in order to attract and retain top sales talent (Required)

      Total Target Cash Pay Range: $126,500 - $228,300, inclusive of target incentives

      Base Pay Range: $88,550 - $159,810

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
