What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, including LAN, WAN, and Internet systems
- Perform network maintenance to ensure minimal interruption to operations
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for HUD Regional Offices and field offices
- Prepare and set up computer hardware/peripherals for new users and manage Service Desk ticket queues
- Support projects related to Tech Refresh, Domain Consolidation, and Server migration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in network systems analysis, testing, and troubleshooting
- 10+ years of experience in performing various IT operational and maintenance functions
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum methodology framework
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Active certifications in IT areas, such as Cloud, O&M, or IOO support
- Knowledge and experience with HUD OCIO IOO
