      TITLE: Jr. ServiceNow Admin/Developer
      TYPE: Direct Hire
      LOCATION: HQ located outside of Philadelphia, PA
      ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% Remote
      START DATE: December 2024/January 2025
      SHIFT: First Shift, EST

      We are looking for a junior-level ServiceNow Admin/Developer. The ideal candidate has experience using SNOW as a user within IT support and would like to become a product expert. You'll report to the ServiceNow architect who will teach you what you need to know to be successful in the position. Within 6-12 months, you'll do the things listed under the Main Responsibilities below.

      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Embrace ServiceNow training and get up to speed as quickly as possible
      • Carry out day-to-day management of the ServiceNow system, including executing approved edits to tables, reports, forms, and work processes
      • Construct and design homepages, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow
      • Produce and align UI Policies, Business Rules, Scripts, and UI Actions
      • Pinpoint problems and areas for advancement, investigate solutions, and remodel or recode the system to improve its function
      • Propel Continual Service Improvement by using the ServiceNow platform to its full potential
      • Support requirements conversations with various partners and third-party teams
      • Impart subject matter knowledge for ServiceNow to the business
      • Work firsthand with end users to solve support problems within ServiceNow
      • Eventually become the subject matter expert on the team for the Field Service Management module
      QUALIFICATIONS
      • 2+ years of experience using ServiceNow as a ticketing system with the desire to pursue a ServiceNow career path
      • Strong skills in problem-solving and root-cause investigation
      • Excellent problem-solving and research skills are a must for this position
      • Strong communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
      • Familiarity with collaborating with outside vendors
      • Experience working within the compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOX, and/or PCI
      • Experience with ITIL standards
      • Problem-solving skills and the capacity to excel under pressure
      • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to interface with several levels of business management and IT is a must-have for this role
      • Must have a track record of success in working in both group and team settings in an intricate, ambiguous, and quickly changing conditions to provide value-added solutions
      • Project Management and IT Change Management Process experience would be ideal
