What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with students and families before, during, and after their SOAR experience
- Assist with reservations in the SOAR Reservation System database
- Serve as the first point of contact for students and families at SOAR check-in
- Collaborate with fellow Orientation Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations of the SOAR program
- Provide support for OSTFE initiatives and programs throughout the year

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a full-time undergraduate student at UW-Madison through Fall 2024
- Must maintain good standing both academically and non-academically with the University
- Comfortable with frequent movement during in-person program dates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a diverse community and maintain a positive attitude
