What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide routine support and maintenance for production and non-production applications
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex data and system issues
- Gather requirements, develop specifications, and prepare documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate changes and prioritize tasks
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in specific application areas, providing knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
- 3-5 years of experience as an Information Systems analyst
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience with Soarian Financials and CRDT rules
- Proven ability to establish and meet delivery dates
- Strong initiative and drive for results in a team environment
- Experience with problem and issue resolution in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in information systems
