What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and triage cybersecurity events alongside SOC team members
- Analyze security threats for managed services customer networks and endpoints
- Provide guidance on incident handling and escalation procedures
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 SOC Analysts
- Document security incident use cases and update SOC procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
- At least 2 years of SOC experience with security engineering and monitoring
- 3 years of working knowledge of networking and security-related technologies
- Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active security clearance is a plus but not required
- One or more certifications in the cybersecurity domain such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC, or GCIH
