- Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts, engineers, and incident responders to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain operational processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient and effective SOC operations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and SLAs to measure the performance and effectiveness of SOC services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, senior management, and cross-functional teams, to understand requirements, expectations, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance SOC efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex security incidents, operational issues, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cybersecurity to continually improve SOC capabilities and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on SOC performance, trends, and accomplishments to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
- Deep understanding of security operations, incident response, threat detection, and security technologies.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with service delivery management, including SLA management, performance monitoring, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements, automation solutions, and operational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
