What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate social media strategies at corporate, agency, and individual levels with the Marketing Team
- Monitor and assign messages from various social media channels to appropriate teams within marketing
- Utilize social media listening tools to maintain and monitor brand reputation
- Analyze social media performance data and compile reports for the social media strategist team
- Identify trends and assist in developing strategies to enhance the social media presence of independent business owners and agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in social media or digital marketing
- 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management
- Passion for the social media and digital marketing industry
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout)
- Experience with online reputation platforms (e.g., Birdeye, Talkwalker, Google My Business)
- Strong proofreading and writing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative on new projects
