What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze social media channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Collect and analyze data from various social media platforms to measure the success of marketing campaigns
- Generate regular reports on key social media metrics, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark social media performance against industry standards
- Collaborate with content creators to develop data-driven content strategies and optimize content based on performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Traackr and/or Tagger social media management tools
