- Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for corporate and branch social media accounts.
- Monitor social media profiles and engage with comments/messages under supervision.
- Assist with tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics and preparing basic reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for social media campaigns and content ideas.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks related to social media projects.
- Research current social media trends and present findings to the team.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across social media channels.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, contributing to the success of the marketing department.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Experience with social media content creation is preferred.
- Self-starter with an upbeat, positive personality.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Familiarity with social media management tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Required to sustain predictable work attendance,
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, handle or touch, operate, place, or position.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Regularly required to communicate with others, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, and exchange information.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Summary
The Social Media Coordinator Intern will support the Digital Marketing team by assisting with the creation, scheduling, and publication of social media content. The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content development, and community engagement while learning how to analyze social media metrics and ensure compliance with brand standards.
