- Track engagement, impressions, and follower growth, providing weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain and update the content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and industry trends
- Stay informed on social media trends to recommend new content ideas that resonate with the audience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (internships included)
- Strong passion for B2B marketing, events, and community building
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging social media copy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic design skills for creating visual content; experience with Figma is a plus
