      World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist for the B2B Division. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will help optimize our corporate media pages within our Dream Vacations brand. The Social Media Marketing Specialist would be responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media channels, curating engaging content and increasing followers.

      Responsibilities

      • Plan, post and maintain social media marketing campaigns leveraging trending concepts and popular events
      • Develop an engaging and brand-aligned content calendar, ensuring content schedule deadlines are met - while creating "real time" content to compliment pre-planned content
      • Use photography and videography to create social graphics and videos
      • Create and edit reels and stories for social media posts that will resonate with existing audiences and attract new audiences
      • Content creation - writing, proofing, and editing before publishing
      • Review live content monthly, collect data and create reports outlining success rates
      • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, provide guidance to improve engagement
      • Leverage social media insights to optimize our page content, increase followers and engagement
      • Support our network of travel agents with virtual training presentations and answering social media questions
      • Collaborate with in-house graphic design team to develop creative assets that support marketing initiatives
      • Provide support to the marketing department and assist with daily functions of marketing programs and tools
      • Oversee daily marketing tasks, must be willing to be flexible to do whatever is needed


      Qualifications

      • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar
      • Working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc
      • Incredible attention to detail, including meticulous proofreading and fact-checking skills
      • Experience creating and editing video reels
      • Knowledge of social media analytics tools for tracking and measuring
      • A self-starter who can work independently with little supervision or direction
      • Experience working with a virtual staff or experience with video conferencing tools is a plus
      • Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Knowledge of the cruise or travel industry is a plus
