What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create social content and conduct social listening, proactive engagement, and reputation management using enterprise-publishing tools
- Provide error-free content writing and real-time counsel for effective brand management across various social networks
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and manage website updates, content calendars, and contact lists
- Conduct reporting and auditing of client and industry social media, providing timely updates to account leadership and clients
- Contribute to the strategic development of client and agency plans, content, and campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Functional understanding of multiple social media platforms
- Genuine interest in developing expertise in social media and proactively sharing industry insights
- Professional experience using enterprise-publishing and listening tools; proficiency in Wordpress, Hubspot, Loomly, and/or Mailchimp is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years related professional experience
