What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseeing social media strategy, budget, and ads
- Required Hootsuite certification
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and insight generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
