What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance UNDP's visibility in crisis contexts
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, for multiple platforms
- Monitor social media performance and produce analytics reports to measure impact
- Collaborate with the Crisis Bureau communications team to ensure cohesive messaging
- Design internal newsletters and communication materials as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- An advanced university degree in journalism, communications, digital communications, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience producing digital communications content
- Demonstrated experience in social media video production and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software for graphic and video production
- Fluency in English is required

- Familiarity with the UN system and UNDP's mission
- Understanding of international human development, poverty, and human rights issues
- Experience in translating complex messages into accessible language for broader audiences
