What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned social media campaigns and optimize them based on performance metrics
- Set up new campaigns, including tracking tag implementation as per the measurement framework
- Develop and maintain campaign budget tracking and forecasting documents
- Collaborate with analytics and account service teams to identify new opportunities in the paid social space
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing campaigns in the social media ecosystem
- Proven track record in strategic planning and executing marketing plans
- High level of integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm for cross-functional roles
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand client business challenges
