- Responsible for the on-time rollout of all show announces on IG, FB, Twitter & LinkedIn (LI as directed).
- Implement and maintain a Scheduling/Planning calendar as directed by the Brand Manager. Manage the upload process as well as direct involvement with designing graphics, producing, editing, and writing effective copy for social channels.
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining rotation for Triple Play and Event Tracker within 24 hours of show announces. Responsible for predicting, discussing, and implementing changes in flier frequencies as needed on a show-to-show basis. Will report rotation weekly in Monday meeting to team.
- Pitch a minimum of 3 creative social pieces in our Monday meeting, to proceed with at least 1 as directed by the brand manager to go live during the work. These may include graphics, reels, photos, etc. that fit the aesthetic and voice of the current page.
- Maintain design, update & function of CFG Bank Arena App.
- Ideate, schedule, shoot & deliver specialty food & drink fliers to include in KBYG and socials prior to each show. Will work directly with F&B team and be responsible for all aspects of follow up to ensure they are submitted to marketing team at least 48 hours before show time.
- Responsible for the on-time rollout of all show announces on IG, FB, Twitter & LinkedIn (LI as directed).
- Ideate and create engaging, fresh, and interesting content to grow CFG Bank Arena’s social footprint as well as utilizing social media to support and reach sales initiatives as directed by the Brand Manager. Engaging in conversation across social channels with fans, artists, local media, etc. while building followers and engaging influencers through multiple social media channels.
- Serve as the day-to-day representative monitoring social media sites on an on-going, daily basis. Will also monitor and engage in real-time social media activities during events, producing content, and liaising with guest services lead to provide excellent customer service to patrons online.
- Strategize and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, performing A/B testing, evaluating performance, and achieving ROI benchmarks. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Create and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Serve as on-site marketing department representative for designated events - duties may include social media tasks, serving as venue PR representative, media escorting, house photographer escorting, sponsor and/or promotional partner implementation, media partner implementation, etc.
- Create, brand, proof and maintain various venue communications resources including the arena’s asset and marketing kit, collateral materials, ads, digital advertising, signage, and various other pieces.
- Assist sponsorship, sales and marketing department with graphic advertising materials and signage.
- Assist with the planning and execution of effective marketing and sales campaigns specific to various events to maximize attendance and revenue.
- Oversee the venue’s website and make basic edits and updates. Make sure all information on the site is relevant and current, keeping with industry trends. Work with sponsorship to update ad banners, sponsors and content.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 3 – 5 years of social media, communications, or copywriting work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field
- Thorough understanding of paid search, paid social; experience in AdWords is a plus
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Experience with social media management software such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or other well-known tools
- Strong customer service skills
- Independent decision-making skills; ability and knowledge to apply judgement in resolving problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Must be well versed in all major platforms and stay current on emerging trends and updates.
- Keen knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and WordPress for web
- Highly organized, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, all events and holidays
- Ability to lift/push/pull carry or otherwise move up to 15 pounds
- Must be adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional experience in leading, motivating and developing employees
- A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.
- Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.
- Must have strong video content creation skills in relevance to Instagram Reels & TikTok
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Operate a computer using Windows, Office and other standard office equipment both PC and Mac, Excel and Word, Photoshop, Canva and other design-type programs
- Basic Photography skills operating a Cannon pro camera and GoPro
- Minimal Travel (
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, all events and holidays required
- Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building

Overview
This position will develop, manage, and execute CFG Bank Arena’s social media and online/digital programs ensuring the success of all CFG Bank Arena events and social media marketing initiatives. The position will serve as the lead social media representative and social voice of the arena and is responsible for strategic social media planning, creating, and posting all social content. This role will work in lockstep with the sales and marketing teams as well as the Brand Manager. In addition, the position will support other Arena marketing activities including the planning and execution of event and venue marketing plans, database marketing initiatives, community relations programs, event welcome initiatives, business development efforts and basic design and graphics projects.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $65,000.
