What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the efficient operation of the facility and its therapeutic programming
- Answer phones, direct inbound calls, and take messages
- Maintain organization of the front office and track supplies
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents and assist with intake paperwork
- Promote anti-discriminatory practices and support residents in accessing various services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Experience working in crisis intervention preferred
- Ability to adapt to various environments and work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a social service or community support role
- Familiarity with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, and emergency procedures
- Skills in tracking and managing therapeutic attendance and medication logs
