- Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
- The Social Services Assistant provides medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident as directed by the Social Services Director.
- Assists with assessing each resident’s psychosocial needs and develops a plan for providing care.
- Assists with relocation planning, including advice and referral to community resources before or during relocation.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or in a human services field preferred.
- Social Service Designee certification required.
- Successful completion of a state approved or a Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program, or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State.
