      Job summary

      We currently have a vacancy for a Soft Facilities Management Supervisor who would be responsible for the supervision of cleaning and housekeeping services at Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth.

      The hours are - 22.5 hours per week working 3 days out of 7, on a rota, which includes bank holidays and weekends.

      Main duties of the job

      We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual who is hardworking, motivated, forward thinking and innovative.

      The post is demanding and the ideal candidate will have relevant supervisory/team leading experience. A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience is essential.

      The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm and the ability to work flexibly as required will be essential.

      The post holder will need to be flexible to work wherever the demand is within the Hotel Facilities Department.

      48 General Practices (GP surgeries), 49 Dental Practices, 98 Community Pharmacies (chemists), 44 General Ophthalmic Practices (including eye health and low vision services), 38 sites providing mental health and learning disability services, care within your own homes.

      Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
