Provide a short description of the Position: CHOICES is currently running on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position involves modifying highly customized forms, implementing security fixes and changes, and re-architecting processes to be supported in the newest version. Additionally, the person who fills this position will be expected to work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Work closely with other teams to implement and support usage of MS Dynamics 365 v9. Troubleshoot and modify heavily customized forms created in MS Dynamics CRM 2013 and earlier versions to work in MS Dynamics 365 v9 with multiple browser types and versions. Ensure that the current functionality provided in CHOICES runs successfully, including web services with other systems, file uploads, electronic signatures, SSRS reports, and data extracts. Monitor event viewer and IIS logs for errors, unusual entries, and possible performance issues and address problems. Perform future update rollups and version upgrades past MS Dynamics 365 v9. Resolve production problems and business unit inquiries, including Help Desk tickets.
