What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with clients to collect detailed requirements and document use cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize client-specific customizations against the core product roadmap
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and manage expectations
- Coordinate with the Product Manager and Technical Product Manager to align client needs with overall product goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or client engagement within a software or technical environment
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies; ability to work effectively with technical teams
- Hands-on experience using Jira for issue tracking, project management, or sprint planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus but not mandatory
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges proactively and work collaboratively to resolve them
